S T É E is a range of high end bags created by designer Estelle Orilland.

Just as S T É E is short for Estelle, the designer has drawn on her extensive background as a designer of luxury accessories to create a collection that is essential, rich in inspirations and high in quality. Born in Paris yet with an international outlook, Estelle Orilland has worked as a bag and accessories designer for major fashion houses including Chloé, Yves Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney and Marni creating iconic, bestselling handbags. She currently oversees bag design for Karl Lagerfeld.

S T É E was born of the desire to reflect her own true vision and aesthetic, inspired by years of travel and encounters. The graphic, streamlined shapes are at once timeless yet contemporary, worked in bright pop colours mixed with softer shades, always using the finest quality leather and crafted in an Italian atelier.

“ In May 2017 I founded my own brand for high end luxury bags, STÉE, and asked Chen to assist me in the field of visual and digital communication of the newly established brand.

Chen committed himself to STÉE with all his passion from the first moment and soon started to take responsibilities in fields beyond tasks he was assigned to. From the very beginning I highly valued Chen’s opinion, as he is able to challenge ideas while at the same time dedicating himself to his work with all his talent and capacities.

For the past 18 months, Chen helped to build and conceptualize the brand identity, the webshop and our social media channels. I assigned Chen to be mainly responsible for the establishment and feed of our instagram profile. He created and produced brand related content and built a strong visual language around the STÉE products. Through his communicational talent he was able to establish direct contact to various influencers. He achieved to increase our social media presence from zero to its strong visibility and followership today. Chen’s ability to own and transform a vision, and to create a clear and coherent story when it comes to visual communication is outstanding. “
